When will I receive my new credit card?

Upon approval of your Hypercard application, your physical Hypercard credit card will be delivered to you within 7-10 days from the approval date.

Additionally, your Virtual card will be instantly available for use upon approval, with all features conveniently accessible through the Hypercard app.

Do I need to wait for my physical card to arrive before starting to use it?

You can begin using your virtual card immediately. You must activate your physical card before using and you can activate your card conveniently through our mobile app or online dashboard. Alternatively, feel free to call our card activation line 24/7 at +1 (866) 535-2977. For additional assistance, you can reach our Customer Service team at +1 (866) 535-2977.

Can I have my card shipped to a PO box?

All Hypercard cards must be shipped to the residential address attached to your account. We cannot ship your Hypercard credit card to a PO Box or commercial address.

Can I have multiple card users on one account?

Presently, the Hypercard credit card does not support multiple cards and/or card users on one account. Currently there can only be one credit card per Hypercard credit card account.

What should I do if I plan to travel and use my card?

You can notify of your international travel plans by sending us an email at support@hypercard.com or give us a call at +1 (866) 535-2977.

What are the fees for using the Hypercard credit card in a foreign country?

There will be no extra fees at all for international usage.

How are the Balance and Interest charges calculated?

We use the Average Daily Balance Method (including current transactions). We figure the interest charge on your Account by multiplying" the "daily periodic rate" by the average daily balance for that transaction type and then multiplying that result by the number of days in the billing cycle. To get the “daily balance”, for each transaction type, we take the beginning balance of your Account each day, add any new transactions and the periodic interest charge on the previous day's balance, and subtract any payments and credits for the specific transaction types as of that day. This gives us the daily balance. Then, to get the average daily balance we add up all the daily balances for the billing cycle and divide the total by the number of days in the billing cycle. This gives us the “average daily balance.” Please refer to the Cardholder Agreement for more information.

How can I avoid paying Interest?

If you pay your statement’s “New Balance” in full by the due date, you will not be charged interest on any new transactions that post to the Purchase balance. If you have been paying your account in full with no interest charges, but then you do not pay your next “New Balance” in full, you will be charged interest on the portion of the balance that you did not pay.

How is the Interest Charge applied?

Interest charges accrue from the 1) date of the transaction, 2) date the transaction is processed, or 3) the first calendar day of the billing cycle. Interest charges accrue on every unpaid amount until it is paid in full. This means you may owe interest charges even if you pay the entire “New Balance” one month, but did not do so for the previous month. Unpaid interest charges are added to the applicable transaction type (e.g., purchase or cash advance) of your Account. However, we reserve the right to not assess interest charges at any time.

What is a Credit Limit?

The credit limit, also known as a credit line, is simply the maximum amount of credit available to you for purchasing goods and services.

Why is my available credit different from my credit limit?

Your available credit may be different than your credit limit because available credit is calculated by taking the credit limit and subtracting the current balance, pending transactions (if applicable), payment holds (if applicable), and dispute holds (if applicable).

Where do I go to manage my Hypercard Credit Card?

To manage your card, we recommend downloading our mobile app titled Hypercard from the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also manage your card http://app.hpercard.com.

How do I make a payment?

There are several ways you can make credit card payments:

Can I change my payment due date?

Yes, customers can request a change in their payment due date over the phone with a Customer Service Representative by calling us at +1 (866) 535-2977.

What happens if I'm late on a payment?

If you are late on a payment and your balance is past due, you will not be able to make any purchase on your card until you have paid the balance due and you may be subject to a late fee and interest charges.
