What is the balance transfer policy?

The Hypercard credit card does not currently allow you to transfer your balance from the Hypercard credit card to another card. We do allow you to make a payment towards your Hypercard card from another credit card account.

Can I increase my credit limit?

Although we do not accept requests for credit limit increases at this time, your credit limit may be automatically increased in the future. Credit limit increases are automated and may occur when your account demonstrates positive payment history for multiple months. This may include staying under your current limit and making monthly payments that are on time and greater than the minimum payment. The amount of time it takes to receive a credit limit increase can vary from customer to customer and typically takes not less than 6 billing cycles.

Does the Hypercard card use a fixed or variable interest rate?

All Hypercard credit cards have a variable interest rate, tied to the prime rate, which means it can change throughout the life of the card. Please sign in to the Hypercard app to find out your personalized interest rate and APR.

Can the rate or other terms be negotiated?

No, unfortunately, you cannot negotiate the rate or terms. Rates are generated based on the details that you entered onto our application along with your soft credit pull.

Are Hypercard credit cards secured or unsecured?

Hypercard is only a credit card, we do not offer any secured cards presently.

How many Hypercard credit cards can I have?

A customer is eligible to have a maximum of one Hypercard credit card at a time.

How can I access my Cardholder Agreement?

You can easily access your cardholder agreement via the online dashboard or in our mobile app. You may also view it on this link https://www.hypercard.com/cha.

How is my interest rate calculated?

Please refer to your cardholder agreement on this link https://www.hypercard.com/cha.

What is the current APR for my account?

You can view the Annual Percentage Rate (APR) in the Current Purchase APR tab found under the account section of our mobile app. You can also view your APR on your billing statement.
